Terms of Use

Acceptance

These Terms are a public offer by Dmytro Sokolnikov, sole proprietor (Ukraine), for the Telegram bot @tasker_reminder_ai_bot and the Tasker app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Service

The Service helps you create reminders and tasks and is free of charge. We may change its features. You may use it from the age of 14; in the EU, the UK, Australia and India — from 18.

AI and delivery

Your messages to the bot are processed by artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes — check the reminders it creates. We do not guarantee that every reminder arrives on time: this also depends on Telegram, the network and your notification settings. Do not rely on the Service as your only means for important things — medicine, payments, legal deadlines.

Rules

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity or spam, and do not try to bypass the bot's rules. The Service is not provided to people located in Russia. Breaches may lead to blocking, including automatic blocking; if you believe a block is a mistake, write to support.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences of missed or wrong reminders. Your consumer rights that the law does not allow to limit remain in force.

Account deletion and changes

To delete your account with all its data, write to support — we will do it within a month. We will announce material changes to these Terms in the bot.

Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine; consumers from other countries keep the protection of their country's mandatory laws. Support: support@tasker-me.app.
