Who we are

Tasker is the Telegram bot @tasker_reminder_ai_bot and the Tasker app (the "Service"). The controller of your personal data is Dmytro Sokolnikov, sole proprietor, Ukraine. Contact: support@tasker-me.app.

What data and why

Your name, ID and language from Telegram, profile settings, tasks, reminders, your conversation with the bot (we turn voice messages into text) and the messages you write to us in the app, plus technical data about how the app is used.

We use it to run the Service (performance of a contract — the Terms of Use), and to improve it and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest).

We collect app usage statistics by default — they help us improve the Service. To turn them off for your account, write to support.

Artificial intelligence

Your messages to the bot are processed by artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. The AI may block an account automatically for attempts to bypass the bot's rules or if you are in Russia, where the Service is not provided. If you believe a block is a mistake, write to support — a human will review it.

Who else receives data

Hosting in the EU, AI and speech recognition services (including in the USA) and Telegram — only as far as the Service needs, and under contracts with them. The list of providers and transfer safeguards is available from support on request.

How long we keep data

Account data and your messages to us — while the account exists; the conversation with the bot — 1 year; technical data — up to 2 years. Detailed periods are available from support on request.

Your rights

You can get a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account with all data, or object to processing. Write to support@tasker-me.app with your Telegram username — we reply within a month. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Ukraine — the Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, in the EU — the authority of your country.

Age

The Service is for people aged 14 and over; in the EU, the UK, Australia and India — 18 and over.

Cookies

Only the cookie needed to sign in from a browser. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers; our statistics are our own and use no cookies. We also tell you about this in the app.

Changes

We will announce material changes to this policy in the bot.
