Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using Tasker (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

In these Terms, "Content" means any data, text, images, audio, video or other material you submit through the Service. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Tasker.

Accounts and registration

To access certain features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features are provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. All payments are processed by third‑party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Refunds, if any, are handled according to our refund policy.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it is limited to one per user and subject to additional terms. We may require payment details to start the trial and will notify you before charging if the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful activities, to harass or defame others, to infringe third‑party rights, to distribute malware or spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems. We reserve the right to investigate and take action against users who violate these rules.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce and display that content as necessary to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its software are owned by or licensed to us. Except for the limited license you grant to us for your content, no rights are transferred to you.

Third‑party services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third‑party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Your interactions with third parties are between you and the third party.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we may delete or anonymize your data subject to our retention policies and legal obligations.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of third‑party rights.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts or arbitration in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply elsewhere.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in‑app notice. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
